eggplant parmigiana

eggplant parmigiana for dinner tonight.
i've made this forever,
and we all love it for a quick meal.
the boys even eat it, too and think it's chicken.
i use this recipe with a few alterations.
i use pre-bought bread crumbs, white flour instead of rice, whole wheat noodles, and all dry herbs.
super easy and delish.
