another great thing about having a teacher husband home on spring break is that i was able to settle into bed this afternoon and read, uninterrupted, for 1 1/2 hours to finish this book that has totally engrossed my last 2 weeks.
i loved it, the book and the quiet time. if you are looking for a non-fiction book about political power taken too far and the common people banding together and making a stand for purpose that is right for all americans, then you need to read Little Pink House: A True Story of Defiance and Courage by Jeff Benedict. i couldn't put it down nor have i been able to stop thinking about it and appreciating my life in my little brick rambler.
