Rainbow Brite Costume: SOLD
Thanks for everyone's interest in the Rainbow Brite Costume. It sold on ebay today (YEAH!!), so it is no longer available. My blog generated so much interest I will definitely have many more costumes listed here next year, so check back then. I wish I had time to do more costumes to sell, but I'm up to my eyeballs in costumes for my family. If only there were more time.... but thanks for all the interest. It means the world to me!

Good job, Jen
Jen, I don't have your email address for some reason so I'm writing you here. I can't remember if I talked to you about a little note for Kol from you and Pete regarding baptism. Anyway, I included that letter below. I also want to say, I'm so sorry for last night. I hope I didn't offend you. I adore you. It has been wonderful having you as a sister-in-law. I don't think you are too opinionated. I have really enjoyed our friendship and wouldn't want to do anything to jeopardize that. You are a good woman with so many talents. Just keep remembering that when you're down on yourself. Love Aub P.S. Congratulations on selling the Rainbow Bright Costume. I figured i should leave a related comment too.
Hello, beloved friends and family, I'm writing this email to all of you to ask a favor. Kol will be turning eight November 3, 2008. He has chosen to be baptized. We are very excited for him. My mother-in-law, (hi Jane, who I am also writing to) has given Kol a beautiful scrapbook/journal for his baptism. In it, it has pages for different friends and family members to write their thoughts on, "What baptism means to me..." I am asking if you can find a minute to write a note to Kol telling him your thoughts on baptism so that I can put it in his book. I'm sure this will be a treasure for him and his posterity. I would also be very appreciative.Preparing for this has been a blessing to me. I have learned a lot. It has helped to increase my faith and love for the Gospel and my Father in Heaven and his love for me. It has brought into our home an increase in love. Thank you for your willingness and love and support of Kol. We love you all very much. Kol will probably be baptized the first week in December. We would love to have your letter before his birthday on November 3rd. With Love Aubrey

Double Chocolate/White Chocolate Chip Cookies (Natalie Riley)
4 cups (24 oz) TOTAL semi sweet chocolate chips
OR 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips and 2 1/2 white chocolate chips
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. white baking chunks (or more choc. chips)
*Heat oven to 350
Melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips over low heat on stove. Let cool while beating sugar & butter together. Add vanilla & eggs, mix. Add melted chocolate & beat again. Stir in flour, soda, & salt & mix again. Then add remaining 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Cook 8-12 min. until “set” NOT “done” (depending on your oven). I'd ere on the side of 8 min b/c they keep cooking after you take them out. Be careful not to burn. Refrigerate/freeze before cooking for best taste. Makes 40 cookies!
